California is freakin’ big. No one can tell you this and make you understand it until you actually drive its length from north to south.

But, there are many cool things to see along the way.

There’re giant red wood forests, sleepy villages nestled in amongst the dramatic fogged in coastline, sleeping volcanic giants, the Yosemite Valley, deserts, and Los Angeles.

The boys spent a few days in San Francisco. It was a mixed bag of nuts, some hard and crunchy, some soft and chewy. They made the best of it, took in the appropriate tourist sites, and therefore missed a good deal of what the city had to offer.
